Located on the vital Kinh Duong Vuong Boulevard, the central arterial route of Bac Ninh City and just 30 km from Hanoi, An Huy Bac Ninh Urban Area is regarded as one of the exemplary township developments and an ideal residential community in Bac Ninh Province.

The project boasts a prime location, with its southern boundary adjacent to the headquarters of the Bac Ninh Provincial People’s Committee and the Bac Ninh Sports Complex, while its western side borders the provincial square and the Kinh Bac Cultural Center, a venue that regularly hosts major cultural and political events of Bac Ninh and the surrounding region. As one of the city’s key development projects, An Huy Bac Ninh Urban Area was invested and constructed in 2003 under the model of a modern planned township.
