Receptionist
Work Location: Duc Lap Commune, Tay Ninh Province / Bac Ninh City
Main Responsibilities:
Perform reception tasks (greet guests, answer telephone switchboard, handle documents, coordinate and allocate vehicles/meeting rooms for staff, arrange hotels and transportation for business trips, etc.) professionally and timely to meet usage requirements.
Handle administrative tasks (provide introduction letters, order meals/flowers/drinks/medications/office supplies, minor repairs, vehicle insurance, manage cash inflows/outflows, etc.) accurately, according to regulations, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
Plan and use budgets for ongoing tasks according to plan, regulations, and with efficiency and reasonableness.
Prepare reports and perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Gender: Female
Age: 20–30
Education: College or higher
Specialization: Office reception, administration, and record management
Experience: At least 1 year, preferably with experience as Receptionist, Secretary, or Administrative staff
English proficiency: Conversational
Computer skills: Office software (Word, Excel)
Other requirements: Pleasant appearance, cheerful and friendly face
