An Huy My Viet, in its first phase, covers an area of 60 hectares and is located in a prime position in Duc Hoa District, Long An; adjacent to Cu Chi, Hoc Mon, and Binh Chanh districts of Ho Chi Minh City, and just a 30-minute drive from Tan Son Nhat Airport.

The An Huy My Viet urban area is planned comprehensively, modernly, and systematically, featuring shophouses, townhouses, and villas. Interspersed with these are diverse and outstanding community amenities such as shopping centers, green parks, schools at all levels, international standard hospitals, traditional markets, community centers, and outdoor sports facilities. A highlight is the 6-hectare An Huy My Viet Theme Park, with an investment of up to VND 350 billion. The An Huy My Viet Heritage Park is designed in the shape of Vietnam’s national map.
