The first Heritage Park in Tay Ninh, a landscape masterpiece with Vietnamese identity
Amid the rapid growth of the Southwest region, where urbanization progresses day by day, An Huy My Viet stands out as an urban area imbued with cultural depth. Here, timeless values are not forgotten over time but are brought to life in every living space – creating a vivid memory landscape in the heart of the new city.
Vietnamese Identity in Every Planning Detail
According to the master plan approved by the People’s Committee of Duc Hoa District (New Tay Ninh) in 2020, An Huy My Viet covers a total area of 115.43 hectares, with Phase 1 implementing 60 hectares and offering over 2,250 products, including adjacent land lots, townhouses, villas, and shophouses. Its strategic location in Duc Lap, Tay Ninh – a gateway directly connecting to the western part of Ho Chi Minh City – allows residents convenient access via major traffic routes such as National Highway 22, Ben Luc – Long Thanh Expressway, Ring Roads 3–4, and Trung Luong – Ho Chi Minh City Expressway, opening up rapid regional connectivity to the city center and surrounding areas.

An Huy My Viet Urban Area
The standout feature of An Huy My Viet is the Heritage Park, spanning over 6 hectares with a total investment of up to VND 350 billion, regarded as the “heart” of the entire project – a place that preserves and radiates Vietnamese cultural values amidst the pace of modern urban life. More than just a landscape project, the park serves as a flowing revival of heritage, where national memories are awakened, blending nature, architecture, and the Vietnamese spirit – both familiar and sacred.
What truly sets An Huy My Viet apart is how the project evokes and honors cultural values within a modern living space. Centered on Vietnamese identity, every planning detail aims to preserve the national spirit. Even within the Heritage Park, iconic cultural structures are recreated at a 1:1 scale, harmonizing with contemporary landscapes to create a space that feels both familiar and novel. Each structure not only bears a distinct architectural signature but also serves as an emotional touchpoint – where memory and the present intersect, connecting the past with the future.

6-Hectare Heritage Park at An Huy My Viet Urban Area
Inspired by the flowing shape of Vietnam’s “S-shaped” map, the Heritage Park is designed as a “miniature Vietnam within the city” – a place where cultural, historical, and national values converge within a modern living environment. It showcases the quintessence of the three regions – North, Central, and South – through seven iconic heritage structures. From the One Pillar Pagoda and Ngoc Son Temple, to the Nghi Mon Gate, Po Nagar Tower, Tay Nguyen Rong House, Ben Thanh Market, and the Long An Trung Dung Kien Cuong Monument – all are harmoniously arranged within green spaces, creating a symphony of heritage and modernity where the past, present, and future resonate together.
A Journey to Discover Vietnamese Heritage
The experiential journey at the Heritage Park begins at Dien Huu Pagoda, a symbol of wisdom, compassion, and endurance, prominently situated along the S-shaped path. The space evokes a sense of solemnity and grandeur while remaining welcoming, opening a contemplative journey that connects visitors with the Vietnamese spirit step by step.

Heritage Structures Recreated within the Heritage Park
Continuing the flow of culture, Ngoc Son Temple and Po Nagar Cham Tower create a harmonious intersection between nature and spirituality, evoking a sense of solemnity while remaining vibrant. While Ngoc Son Temple symbolizes the tradition of scholarly pursuit and the building of a prosperous nation, Po Nagar Cham Tower reflects the gentle, mystical beauty of Southern beliefs. The surrounding landscape, featuring red brick, white frangipani, purple jacaranda, and the warm light of the Central region, achieves a balance between softness and resilience, preserving cultural spirit over time.
The journey continues with the Tay Nguyen Rong House, Ben Thanh Market, and Ninh Bach Lau, where folk architecture, urban life, and spiritual energy converge. Tay Nguyen Rong House serves as a community hub, transmitting cultural heritage amidst the land and sky of the Central Highlands. Ben Thanh Market evokes the spirit of Southern trade and urban life. Ninh Bach Lau is the sacred heart of the park, featuring a quartz stone pillar, a welcoming roof, and sun symbols, combined with hanging bells and a sacred flame tower – serving both as a symbol of wisdom and as a source of vitality, nurturing enduring spirit and strength for the entire project.
According to MSc. Architect Do Thi Thanh Mai, Deputy Director of the Central Vietnam Institute of Construction Science and Technology: “Heritage is a constantly flowing stream of memory. In a modern city, recreating heritage is not only about preserving the past but also a way for the community to rediscover identity and balance.”
Architect Le Viet Ha also shared: “Amidst the shifts of contemporary architecture, a building with identity is like a person who knows who they are – it is the root of sustainable development.”
