An Huy My Viet: Vietnamese heritage mark honored at Dot Property Awards
By winning the prestigious "Best Township Heritage Landscape Design Vietnam 2024" category at the Dot Property Vietnam Awards 2024 – one of Southeast Asia’s leading real estate awards – the An Huy My Viet project not only marks a significant milestone in creating a living space that blends modernity with Vietnamese heritage culture, but also recognizes the dedicated and creative efforts of the developer, An Huy Group.
Unique landscape architecture: the "key" to winning the prestigious award
Since its establishment in 2016, Dot Property Awards has affirmed its position as one of the most prestigious and influential real estate award systems in Southeast Asia. It is not a competition about scale or sales, but an intellectual arena where breakthrough ideas are inspired, sustainable values are nurtured, and commitments to the community are immortalized as architectural masterpieces. Over multiple seasons, Dot Property Awards has honored hundreds of outstanding projects, ranging from green townships to innovative community development models across Southeast Asia.
The judging panel, composed of leading experts in architecture, urban planning, and international investment, applies extremely rigorous criteria, evaluating everything from the uniqueness of the concept and quality of execution to the positive impact on living environments and society. In the context of Southeast Asia's rapid transformation, Dot Property Awards is not merely an award but also a source of inspiration, driving the real estate industry toward a future that harmonizes people, nature, and sustainable prosperity.
An Huy My Viet brilliantly impressed the rigorous judging panel, winning the “Best Township Heritage Landscape Design Vietnam 2024” category, marking a breakthrough in Vietnamese heritage landscape design. This category is among the most challenging, requiring projects not only to be aesthetically beautiful but also culturally profound, telling a story that resonates with the community. Therefore, this recognition affirms that the developer An Huy Group’s approach—placing culture as the foundation and heritage as the source of inspiration—is entirely correct and has created a significant impact beyond national borders. This achievement is not only a source of pride for the project itself but also sends a positive signal to the Vietnamese real estate sector, showing that domestic developers possess the capability and vision to create unique, culturally rich products that can compete internationally.
An Huy My Viet was approved with a master plan spanning more than 115 hectares in My Hanh Bac, Duc Hoa, Long An (now part of Tay Ninh after the administrative merger). The project is positioned as a modern mixed-use urban township, setting a new standard of living for the region. From the earliest concept stages, An Huy Group identified landscape design as a crucial element, the “soul” of the entire project.
The most valuable highlight of this philosophy is the 6-hectare S-shaped Heritage Park—a miniature cultural map of Vietnam vividly recreating national symbols such as the One Pillar Pagoda, Ngoc Son Temple, Nghi Mon Gate in Hue, Ponagar Tower, Central Highlands Rong House, Ben Thanh Market, and Long An Monument. This bold idea not only honors the nation’s cultural identity but also creates a unique educational and recreational space, transforming residents into “heritage guardians” within the urban environment. The project’s distinctive investment in integrating historical elements into modern design, achieving harmony between past and future, became the “key” to securing a convincing victory at the Dot Property Awards, which prioritizes projects with sustainable, timeless value.

Mr. Nguyen Van Long, Director of An Huy Long An, received the "Best Township Heritage Landscape Design Vietnam 2024" award.
Alongside its architecture, the commitment to green and sustainable development became the “secret weapon” that helped An Huy stand out among strong competitors. With a construction density of only 42.2%, the project dedicates over 25,000 m² to greenery and a 15.5-hectare natural retention lake, creating an eco-friendly urban ecosystem. This not only meets the criterion of “positive impact on living environments” but also builds a community where people harmonize with nature, while supporting the population spillover from Ho Chi Minh City due to its strategic location near Cu Chi, Hoc Mon, and Binh Chanh.
Imagine an early morning where residents leisurely stroll along the green path winding in the soft S-shape of Vietnam’s map. The journey begins in the North, where the iconic One Pillar Pagoda stands serenely beside a lotus pond, evoking the elegance of Thang Long - Hanoi. Continuing along the “heritage axis,” the historic beauty of Ngoc Son Temple and the solemn Nghi Mon Gate in Hue appears, letting one feel the flow of history whispered through meticulously recreated architectural details. The sun-drenched lands of Central Vietnam are depicted through the majestic Ponagar Tower of Nha Trang. Moving into the majestic Central Highlands, travelers are welcomed by the sturdy Rong House, symbolizing the strength and communal spirit of the ethnic groups. Finally, the journey concludes in the vibrant South, with the bustling Ben Thanh Market and the towering Long An Monument, “Trung Dung Kien Cuong,” serving as a reminder of a heroic past.
Although residents stand in Duc Lap, Tay Ninh, they can fully experience the architectural excellence and historical stories of Vietnam’s three regions - North, Central, and South. This is made possible thanks to An Huy Group’s meticulous, skillful, and creative landscape design. The integration of iconic architectural works with carefully planned greenery and water features creates a unique symphony—an environment that is both refreshing and peaceful while nourishing the soul and knowledge of every resident.

Dr. Architect Dao Ngoc Nghiem, Vice President of the Vietnam Urban Planning and Development Association
Dr. Architect Dao Ngoc Nghiem, Vice President of the Vietnam Urban Planning and Development Association, assessed that the idea of recreating Vietnam’s architectural symbols represents a fresh and distinctive innovation.
He pointed out that in the context of many new urban areas following repetitive, conventional designs, the bold integration of “Vietnamese soul” into the landscape, as seen in An Huy My Viet, is a unique highlight that establishes an unmistakable identity, setting the project apart from others.
According to him, incorporating heritage elements into a modern living space is no small challenge, as a clumsy execution could appear forced and lifeless. However, An Huy My Viet has successfully transformed its central park into an “open-air living museum.”
“This is not merely a green park, but a space that preserves cultural values and serves as a visual educational environment, allowing generations, especially the youth, to learn about national history and culture in the most natural way,” he emphasized.
More importantly, this landscape design also plays a role in fostering community cohesion. For residents, the park is a source of pride in their living environment, an ideal space for multi-generational family activities, where grandparents can share historical stories with their grandchildren. For the wider area, it is set to become a new cultural and tourism highlight, enriching the community’s spiritual and cultural life, Dr. Architect Dao Ngoc Nghiem added.
More than just an award, a "golden seal" for living value and investment potential
If the Heritage Park is the "heart" of the project, then the prestigious award from Dot Property Awards is the recognition that affirms the value of that heart. This acknowledgment has a strong ripple effect across multiple aspects, becoming a driving force that helps the project assert its position and special appeal in the market.
First and foremost, it serves as a "golden seal" of credibility for the developer. In a market where information and advertising can sometimes confuse customers, an objective international award is the clearest affirmation of An Huy Group’s capability, vision, and commitment. They are not merely talking about creating a distinctive project—they have truly delivered, and this has been recognized by experts. This strengthens the trust of both customers and investors.
For savvy investors, this award is an important indicator of sustainable value growth potential. Real estate is not only valued by size or construction quality but also by intangible attributes. The unique heritage landscape gives An Huy My Viet a distinctive competitive advantage that no other project can easily replicate. This is no longer just an ordinary real estate product—it has become a "cultural real estate," an asset capable of appreciating in value over time and less affected by short-term market fluctuations. It becomes a legacy asset, where the value lies not only in the physical but also in the pride of ownership.

The An Huy My Viet urban area vividly recreates national symbols such as: One Pillar Pagoda, Ngoc Son Temple, Nghi Mon Gate in Hue, Ponagar Tower, Tay Nguyen communal house, Ben Thanh Market, and Long An Monument.
More importantly, for future residents seeking a true place to call home, this award is a guarantee of superior living quality. It ensures that residents are not merely purchasing a house, but investing in a comprehensive living environment. It is a place where children grow up in a safe, green, and educational setting, exposed daily to the cultural symbols of their homeland; where a community is built on shared pride, creating strong social bonds. Living in An Huy My Viet is a privilege—the privilege of living amid heritage.
Beyond being just an award, An Huy My Viet’s victory at the Dot Property Awards 2024 can be regarded as a "golden seal" of the project’s living value and investment potential. Therefore, investors and customers should seize the opportunity, especially now when the People's Committee of Tay Ninh Province – Department of Construction has confirmed that the project’s technical infrastructure is complete and eligible for individual transfers (Sales Permit granted).

Beyond being just an award, An Huy My Viet’s victory at the Dot Property Awards 2024 can be regarded as a "golden seal" of the project’s living value and investment potential.
According to experts, the sales launch period is always the golden time to invest, as prices are usually set by the developer at the most reasonable level, accompanied by attractive incentive policies. As the project gradually completes its infrastructure, amenities, and attracts a community of residents, the real estate value is certain to increase. For a project already endorsed by an international award like An Huy My Viet, the potential for price growth becomes even clearer. Therefore, owning a property now not only allows customers to optimize costs but also to seize the opportunity for outstanding returns in the near future.
