Partnership Signing Ceremony Between An Huy Group & Casa Strategy – A Stepping Stone for the An Huy Duc Hoa Project (An Huy My Viet)
On March 27, at Sheraton Saigon Hotel, An Huy Group and CASA Strategy officially signed a strategic partnership agreement, marking an important milestone in their expansion plans in the Southern market.
The An Huy Duc Hoa Urban Area Project (An Huy My Viet), located in Duc Hoa District, spans an area of 120 hectares with a total investment of VND 3,800 billion. The first phase of the project will be developed on 60 hectares, including 2,250 units of land plots, townhouses, villas, and shophouses, all master-planned with modern amenities.

These structures are recreated within the 6-hectare heritage park, including One Pillar Pagoda, Ngoc Son Temple, Nghi Mon Gate in Hue, Ponagar Tower, Tay Nguyen Rong House, Ben Thanh Market, and the Long An Trung Dung Kien Cuong Monument. Notably, the project won the “Best Township Heritage Landscape Design Vietnam 2024” award, as voted by the Dot Property Awards.
With its convenient connectivity to major transport routes such as Ring Road 3, Ring Road 4, DT824, DDT823, 823D, National Highway 22, and National Highway N2, the An Huy Urban Area Project promises easy access to the center of Ho Chi Minh City.
