An Huy My Viet: A Model Urban Area Contributing to Shaping the New Landscape of Tay Ninh After the Merger
In the context of the newly formed Tay Ninh province, with 96 administrative units at the commune level (82 communes and 14 wards) after the merger, Duc Lap emerges as a “golden coordinate” for the suburban real estate market. Capitalizing on this opportunity, the An Huy My Viet urban area in Duc Lap, Tay Ninh (formerly Duc Hoa District, Long An Province) offers an ideal living destination with a green, sustainable environment. As the first project to recreate seven Vietnamese heritage structures, it establishes a new symbol of culturally rich and sustainable living, contributing to shaping the modern urban landscape of the locality.
With its strategic location adjacent to Ho Chi Minh City and seamless connectivity through key expressways such as Ben Luc – Long Thanh and Ho Chi Minh City – Moc Bai, along with a booming infrastructure network featuring major developments like Ring Road 3, Ring Road 4, DT 823D, N2, and DT 824, the area is gradually reshaping the urban development and real estate landscape.
These routes not only shorten travel time from Tay Ninh to the center of Ho Chi Minh City to under 60 minutes but also create a strategic linkage between the Southwest and Southeast regions, transforming the newly formed Tay Ninh from a gateway province into a promising new growth hub.
In the context of FDI inflows reaching USD 11.72 billion in H1/2025 and the ongoing trend of population shifts toward satellite cities, Duc Lap Commune is rapidly emerging as a strategic location thanks to its gateway position, abundant land reserves, and projected land price growth of 10–15% in the latter half of 2025—affirming its role as one of the key destinations within the new Tay Ninh province.

An Huy My Viet Project Expected to Become a Model Urban Area Shaping the New Look of Tay Ninh After the Merger
Riding the "infrastructure boost" and the inevitable trend of regional development, An Huy Group has quickly made its mark with the An Huy My Viet project – a model urban area approved for a detailed master plan covering over 115 hectares right in the center of Duc Lap Commune, Tay Ninh (formerly Duc Hoa District, Long An Province). More than simply addressing the increasing housing demand, An Huy My Viet is positioned as a project embodying "Harmony with Nature, Convergence of Excellence," offering a new standard of living: modern, dynamic, yet closely connected to Vietnamese tradition and cultural identity.
An Huy My Viet: A Model Urban Area Contributing to Shaping the New Urban Landscape of Tay Ninh After the Merger
The project is expected not only to capitalize on long-term growth potential but also to serve as an important first step in shaping the new urban identity of Tay Ninh. With this vision, An Huy My Viet is positioned not merely as a residential urban area but also as a place embodying the aspiration to create a modern, civilized, and sustainable community. To better understand this strategy and the value that the An Huy My Viet project aims to bring, our reporter spoke with representatives of the project developer, An Huy Group.
Reporter: Why did An Huy Group choose Duc Lap (Tay Ninh) as the "strategic location" for developing the An Huy My Viet project?
An Huy Group Representative: Duc Lap – Tay Ninh (formerly Duc Hoa District, Long An) occupies a gateway location connecting Ho Chi Minh City to the entire Southwest region, with full advantages in infrastructure, industry, and land resources. More importantly, we see an opportunity here to shape the new urban landscape of Tay Ninh, creating a development hub that can help share population pressure with Ho Chi Minh City.
With the An Huy My Viet urban area, we are pioneering the trend of investment-driven migration and demand for high-quality living environments, while aiming to establish a new standard of urban development. Our goal is to help Duc Lap become a model satellite city – a place with modern infrastructure, full services, civilized living, and preserved cultural identity. In the longer term, we expect the project to serve as a foundation for Tay Ninh to grow strongly, simultaneously easing pressure on Ho Chi Minh City and providing sustainable living and working opportunities for tens of thousands of local families.

Synchronized Transportation Infrastructure Helps An Huy My Viet Shorten Connections and Increase Sustainable Real Estate Value
Reporter: In a market where many developers focus on ordinary real estate projects, why does An Huy Group boldly invest in and develop a model urban area like An Huy My Viet?
An Huy Group Representative: In a market filled with projects that only aim to “build to sell,” we want to go further. With An Huy My Viet, the goal is not just to create individual houses, but to build a standard living environment – where residents enjoy synchronized infrastructure, comprehensive amenities, and spaces where cultural heritage is “awakened,” preserved, and passed down. The model urban area approach ensures long-term, sustainable development rather than chasing short-term profit. When residents feel pride and attachment to where they live, that is the true value, and it is how the project maintains enduring appeal in the market.
Reporter: How does An Huy Group expect An Huy My Viet to contribute to shaping the new urban landscape of Tay Ninh?
An Huy Group Representative: We do not consider An Huy My Viet merely an ordinary real estate project. More importantly, it creates an urban area capable of spreading positive influence and transforming the local landscape. With the project approved by the People’s Committee of Duc Hoa District, Long An (now Duc Lap Commune, Tay Ninh) under the detailed 1/500 master plan for over 115 hectares (2020), and a total investment of up to VND 4,500 billion by An Huy Group, the project not only meets immediate housing needs but also lays the foundation for a civilized, modern urban space with full educational, healthcare, and recreational systems, while promoting cultural and Vietnamese identity.
Looking further, we hope An Huy My Viet will become a model for the new Tay Ninh to attract more investment, increase real estate value, and gradually affirm its position on the map of Ho Chi Minh City’s surrounding development areas.
Reporter: What specific factors make An Huy My Viet stand out compared to other suburban projects today?
An Huy Group Representative: The biggest difference lies in how we plan the overall layout and invest in infrastructure from the start. An Huy My Viet is one of the rare projects in the area with internal roads ranging from 16m to 36m, underground electricity and treated water systems, a construction density of only 45%, 25,000m² of greenery, a 15.5-hectare natural lake, and fully integrated essential amenities such as schools, hospitals, shopping centers, multifunctional sports areas, and entertainment zones.
Especially notable, this is the first project in Duc Lap – Tay Ninh to feature the S-shaped Heritage Park covering 6 hectares – a miniature map of Vietnamese culture vividly recreating national symbols such as: One Pillar Pagoda, Ngoc Son Temple, Nghi Mon Gate of Hue, Ponagar Tower, Central Highlands Rong House, Ben Thanh Market, and Long An Monument. This park preserves a unique cultural and historical space, creating a distinctive identity few projects can offer. It forms the foundation for residents to both settle in and enjoy, while helping the project maintain long-term value.

The 6-Hectare S-Shaped Heritage Park is a Highlight of the An Huy My Viet Project
Reporter: The Heritage Park is considered the “soul” of the project. Where did this idea originate?
An Huy Group Representative: When developing real estate, we always think beyond concrete structures. People need a place to live, but more importantly, they need “a place to belong.” The Heritage Park was born from that desire: it is both an ecological space and a place to showcase cultural and historical values stretching from North to South Vietnam. We hope that every generation of residents, as “guardians of heritage” walking through this park, will feel connected, proud, and responsible for preserving traditions. This is the fusion of modernity and identity, creating the soul of An Huy My Viet.
Reporter: Legal transparency is always a key factor in building trust. How does An Huy My Viet demonstrate this advantage?
An Huy Group Representative: With 22 years of experience in real estate investment and development, we understand that trust begins with transparency. Therefore, legal compliance is always our top priority. We have brought over 3,000 products to the market from urban projects in Bac Ninh and Bac Giang. For An Huy My Viet, the legal framework is fully completed. The project has been notified by the Tay Ninh People’s Committee – Department of Construction as eligible for transferring products to individual buyers – allowing immediate transactions and notarization. This not only ensures high liquidity but also affirms An Huy Group’s commitment: we do not sell vague promises, only real value. Legal transparency is not a temporary advantage but the foundation for the project to maintain long-term value and sustainable appeal.

Reporter: How does An Huy Group define its role in the journey of developing Duc Lap into a model satellite city and contributing to the rise of the new Tay Ninh?
An Huy Group Representative: With the An Huy My Viet urban project, we view this as the starting point to assert An Huy Group’s pioneering role in Duc Lap. This role is first reflected in our willingness to move ahead, leading the trend of migration to suburban areas with a large-scale, well-planned project associated with a modern model urban design. Furthermore, we are committed to accompanying local authorities and the community in completing infrastructure, creating a civilized living environment, and preserving national cultural identity, so that every resident not only has a home but also feels proud of their belonging.
Looking further ahead, An Huy Group aims to play a pioneering and spreading role, helping Tay Ninh become a new growth pole, simultaneously easing pressure on Ho Chi Minh City and creating sustainable housing and livelihood opportunities for tens of thousands of young families. The long-term success of the project is also a measure of the locality’s success, as the community grows alongside overall development.
Reporter: In your sustainable development strategy, how does An Huy Group view social responsibility alongside business objectives?
An Huy Group Representative: With the slogan “An nhien cuoc song – Gia tri thang hoa” (Serene Life – Elevated Value), we aim not only for profit but also to deliver lasting value to the community. Social responsibility is the guiding principle in all our activities.
At An Huy My Viet, besides investing in infrastructure and amenities, we focus on a high-quality living environment that is harmonious with nature and preserves local cultural identity. Every building and facility is designed so residents can live healthily, enjoy a safe environment, and feel proud of their community. Additionally, An Huy Group actively supports local infrastructure development and community programs, contributing to improved living standards and promoting sustainable regional development. For us, real value lies not only in profit but also in meaningful contributions to the community.
Reporter: Thank you very much.
