Groundbreaking Ceremony of the An Huy My Viet Project
On the morning of June 15, An Huy Real Estate Joint Stock Company held the groundbreaking ceremony for the An Huy My Viet Project in Duc Hoa District, Long An Province (commercially known as An Huy My Viet).
Mr. Nguyễn Thế Bạch, Chairman and CEO of An Huy Group, delivered a speech at the groundbreaking ceremony.
The project is located in My Hanh Bac Commune, Duc Hoa District, Long An Province, covering an area of approximately 60 hectares with nearly 2,500 units, including shophouses, townhouses, and villas. It enjoys a prime location in the center of Duc Hoa District, adjacent to Ho Chi Minh City, providing easy connectivity to surrounding areas and high growth potential.
Interspersed throughout the project are outstanding community amenities, such as shopping centers, clusters of green parks, schools at all levels, hospitals, traditional markets, community centers, and outdoor sports facilities. A standout feature is the 6-hectare An Huy My Viet Theme Park, with an investment exceeding VND 300 billion.
The project’s most iconic landmark is the An Huy My Viet Heritage Park, designed in the shape of the map of Vietnam. Across this S-shaped land, An Huy Group has recreated nationally significant cultural and historical landmarks, including the One Pillar Pagoda, Ngoc Son Temple, Ngo Mon Gate in Hue, Ponagar Tower, Tay Nguyen Rong House, Ben Thanh Market, and the Long An Trung Dung Kien Cuong Monument.
